It requires new skills, new jobs and therefore upgraded employee qualifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nTo meet\nthese qualification requirements, both initial and continuing\nvocational education play a key role. Education must adapt by\nintegrating the new imperatives but also allow the teachers\nthemselves to access ongoing training in a flexible way, throughout\ntheir career, to take on board future new technologies and the\nchanges they generate. Companies are also playing an increasingly\nimportant role in providing innovative employee training initiatives\nto adapt to the significant changes they have to face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nMany\nreports and studies have shown firstly that there is currently no\norganized continuing training program for teachers to learn about new\ndevelopments in industry, secondly and that it is difficult for\ncompanies to set up comprehensive training programs -employee\ntraining is often confined to a specific solution and its\nimplementation. Bridging these gaps will make the European vocational\neducation system more competitive by promoting the employability of\nstudents and by adapting their skills to industry needs and\ntechnological developments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tit_pds t2\"><strong><span style=\"color:rgba(56,113,194,1.0);text-shadow: 1px 1px 2px black; \n\">ISSUE<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Our \u00ab\u00a03TIndustry4.0\u00a0\u00bb project is based on an innovative model. It will connect two types of professionals in education: teachers in higher education and industry trainers. This encounter will enable the transfer of skills between the two groups of professionals and meet the needs of industry4.0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tit_pds t3\"><strong><span style=\"color:rgba(255,242,0,1.0);text-shadow: 1px 1px 2px black; \n\">OPERATION<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nThe core of\n3TIndustry4.0 is the creation of online training modules and of a\nnetwork of collaboration throughout Europe. The framework of each of\nthese modules is the presentation of a case study with supplementary\ntheoretical material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nEach module\nwill be developed in the form of a webinar. The participants will\naccess an online presentation during which they will be able to\ninteract with the lecturer. The webinar recordings will constitute a\ndatabase accessible from a platform created as part of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nThis free\ndigital platform linked from the project website will compile the\ntraining materials and also serve as a tool for data sharing and a\nforum. 3TIndustry4.0 will thus create and develop a European network\nfor the sharing of teaching practices between training professionals\nwho can exchange via the platform&rsquo;s discussion board during and after\nthe end of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nThe\n3TIndustry4.0 modules will also be useful to introduce students of\nhigher secondary level to digital technologies and different jobs in\nindustry.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CONTEXT The transition to \u00ab\u00a0Industry 4.0\u00a0\u00bb, now an essential step for industrial companies, represents not only a technological challenge but also a human and organizational one.
